Our Story
Hermosa Brewing Company, now in our 4th year, brews what we like to call “Craft Beer For The Beach.” South Bay locals, Dave Davis and Jorge Delgado got the idea to start Hermosa Brewing Company (HBC) after visiting existing breweries and noting that most were heavily focused on IPAs and lacking in the lighter, more crushable beer styles. While we brew all styles of beer, our first passion is in making beer that is balanced and accessible to everyone – German pilsners, Mexican lagers and beer like our popular El Jefe, an American Wheat with Tangerine. Some of our most popular core beers are Hazy AF Hazy NEIPA, Windmill German Pilsner, Beach Sloth Blood Orange Lager and Left My Wallet West Coast DIPA.
